  1. Are you a Facerobics User trying to log into Renew Me instead of Facerobics?
  2. If your password is not working, reset it and be sure to look in your spam box if it hasn't arrived. If it hasn't arrived even after checking your spam box it means that you do not have an account on the system.
  3. If you have ordered in the past, and don't have an account, it means you checked out as a "Guest". This means that you did not create an account at the time of ordering, and you do not have an account to log into. In that case you will need to create an account. Note however that your order will not show in your new account because you did not create an account at the time of ordering.
